The Wind Beneath My Wings Foundation offers workshops, training and programs that are facilitated by a core group of practitioners, consultants and facilitators who share in the values of education, health, wellness, personal excellence, peace and self-empowerment. The facilitated workshops and programs are available to individuals on a one to one basis, as well as to groups or organizations.

Effective Communication
